What is Shou Yuan Chuan?

Developed by Martial Arts Hall of Famer, Sifu Milan Shelden, Shou Yuan Chuan is both a system and a style. Incorporating techniques from Kenpo, Jiu Jitsu and Kung Fu, Shou Yuan Chuan builds on these techniques and improves upon them using methods developed by Sifu Shelden over the course of his 48 years in the martial arts.
